Dear Orbit, 

Yes, I changed your name. How could I not? Everything has changed. 

 The what has changed. The why has changed. Even the how? I understand it now. 

But one thing remains true: I once existed close enough to your gravity to feel its pull. 

Existed. Like a stupor. Like Major Tom on autopilot. It’s time I stopped existing and started living my life fully aware of that influence, without letting it define my direction. 

I wish I had understood that sooner, but I didn’t. I was learning the hard way, like I usually do. 

The time for words has passed. All I can do now is move forward honestly. 

Will that be enough? I hope so. For me. 

And for whatever place I hold in your story, if I hold any at all... that simply isn't up to me.
